PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY WAIVER

This Agreement is entered into by and between the undersigned participant ("Participant") and JB Moto & Co., hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer." PARTICIPANT'S ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: I, the undersigned, understand that participation in the motorcycle ride event involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to those associated with motorcycling, changing weather conditions, road conditions, and the actions of other participants. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the motorcycle ride organized by the Organizer and assume all risks associated with my participation. I certify that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the motorcycle ride. I agree to inform the Organizer of any medical conditions that may affect my ability to participate. I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the motorcycle ride, including but not limited to traffic laws and safety guidelines. LIABILITY RELEASE: In consideration for being allowed to participate in the motorcycle ride, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless JB Moto & Co, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in the motorcycle ride, including, but not limited to, negligence of the Organizer or its agents. I understand and acknowledge that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Organizer, its employees, volunteers, agents, and any other participants. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: I grant JB Moto & Co the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or videos of me taken during the motorcycle ride for any purpose without compensation. AGREEMENT: I have read and understand this Participation & Liability Waiver. I am aware that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated herein
